Below are some photographs I took while visiting the Italian coast back in November 07'. I got inspired to make this sandwich which reminded me of my Italian travels. On an unrelated note, it was a balmy 38 degrees today... I couldn't believe it! I walked from our place to Whole Foods and back with only one (1) jacket on! Enjoy.

Cinque terre is such a beautiful place! I was there many years ago, and I've been longing to go back ever since.
