Architectural Record did a write up today about one of the projects I worked on at my previous firm. Once completed, it will become the tallest building in Austin. Construction is at its 1/2 way point with window-wall being installed simultaneously as the concrete slabs are being poured above. The podium level will consist of building lobby, retail space, and covered parking garage for condo owners. Level 10 is the terrace level having lap pools, game rooms, 4 guest suites, and outdoor gardens. Levels 11-54 are residential floors. Levels 55 and 56 are additional amenity floors hosting fitness and lounge areas. I am glad I had the opportunity to work on this project and to know that people will be living in units that were designed by me for years to come. ;-)
