Finally, some photographs of The Ace Hotel NYC!  Again, thoughtfully designed and well appointed interiors by Roman & Williams.  Sabreen and I stayed/enjoyed in the tiny bunk-room as "starving artists". Well worth it!  I loved the black painted interiors, lush chesterfields, vintage typography, friendly hipster eye-candy, exquisite stone selections, amazing coffee at Stumptown, and gourmet meals at the attached restaurant, The Breslin.  Really no complaints at all!  Amazing crowd in the lobby too...at all times of the day!  If you are ever in NYC, be sure to stay at there!

Here are some process renderings of this hotel project I am working on for my studio class.  It's a group project producing innovation in hospitality design.  Anyways, I won't get too much into details about what it is exactly about until next week. Just a preview of what is to come.

Alright ladies and gents, pack your bags and bring your passports... we are going to Mexico City and we are staying at the new exceptionally chic boutique hotel, Distrito Capital. Who is in? Leave the translating to me! Who cares about swine flu when you can be pool side with a delicious margarita! What an amazing hotel by hoteliers Grupo Habita and designed by parisian architecture firm, Joseph Dirand. Stunning!
