castiglioncello
A few pics from my trip to Castiglioncello, Italy. I stayed at my dear friend Desi and Andrea's home there for about 5 days where we just relaxed, walked the beaches, ate amazing food, and had wonderful conversation. It is right on the coast of Italy where it meets the Tyrrhenian Sea. It is about a 2 hour drive to Florence from there.

Below are some photographs I took while visiting the Italian coast back in November 07'. I got inspired to make this sandwich which reminded me of my Italian travels. On an unrelated note, it was a balmy 38 degrees today... I couldn't believe it! I walked from our place to Whole Foods and back with only one (1) jacket on! Enjoy.
